单侧非均匀热流边界下水蒸汽太阳能吸热管热应力研究
摘要:水/蒸汽太阳能腔式吸热器在日常运行中,管面单侧承受着高度非均匀的太阳能流辐射,吸热管三维壁温分布不均、梯度变化大,易产生较大的热变形和热应力,甚至造成其结构的损伤或失效。以水/蒸汽太阳能吸热器中的沸腾管和过热管作为研究对象,采用ANSYS有限元分析法,对其进行了热-结构耦合数值模拟。结果表明:2种类型吸热管的传热特性存在显著差异,沸腾管以径向温度梯度为主,导致受光侧内外壁面产生双轴热应力;而过热管的周向温度梯度使管道弯曲变形明显,轴向应力更高,热应力呈周向分布。当吸热管背光侧存在支撑约束时,管道弯曲情况得以改善,过热管热应力不再呈周向分布,轴向应力分量大大增加,吸热管等效应力增大1.3~6.9倍。

Abstract:The absorber tubes are subjected to highly non-uniform solar irradiation inside a water/steam solar cavity receiver. This causes the uneven wall temperature and large gradients applied to the absorber tubes, producing thermal deformation and stress, even the damage and failure of the receiver. The typical boiling tube and superheated tube were selected as the research objects. The thermal-structural coupling numerical simulation was carried out by using ANSYS finite element analysis method. The results show that these two types of tubes have significant differences in terms of heat transfer. The radial temperature gradient of the boiling tube leads to the bi-axial thermal stress appearing on the inner and outer walls of its irradiated front side. The circumferential temperature gradient of the superheated tube results in the serious bending deformation and the high axial stress, which also induces the circumferential distribution of equivalent stress. When the concealed back side of the absorber tubes is constrained by supports, the tube bending is significantly improved, and the thermal stress of the superheated tube is no longer circumferential. Furthermore, the axial normal stress component increases greatly and the equivalent stress on the absorber tubes increases by 1.3-6.9 times.
