循环水泵出口蝶阀电气回路及控制程序优化
摘要:针对循环水泵出口蝶阀的电气回路及控制程序存在无法实时掌握、蝶阀开度及开阀的速度无法满足运行需要的问题,结合运行实际需要对蝶阀的电气回路进行优化调整,增设就地指示;并对蝶阀的控制程序进行优化,改进蝶阀开度及开阀的控制逻辑,从而保证蝶阀电气回路及控制逻辑的安全、可靠、稳定性,有效地避免因循环水泵出口蝶阀启动故障及操作不及时引起的重大事故发生。通过电气回路及控制程序的优化调整可以达到实时指导运行操作的目的。
Abstract:The electric circuit and control program for outlet butterfly valve of circulating water pump have the problems that cannot be grasped in real time, and the opening degree and the opening speed of outlet butterfly valve cannot meet the operation requirements for circulating water pump. Combining with the actual operation needs, the electrical circuit of the butterfly valve was optimized and adjusted, and the local indication was added. At the same time, the butterfly valve control program was optimized, and the butterfly valve opening and valve opening control logic were improved, thus the safety, reliability and stability of the electric circuit and control program for outlet butterfly valve was ensured, effectively avoiding the occurrence of major accidents caused by the startup failure of the butterfly valve at the outlet of the circulating water pump and the untimely operation. Through the optimization and adjustment of electrical circuits and control programs, the purpose of guiding the operation in real time can be achieved.
