过滤速度对200 MW机组电袋复合除尘器流场分布影响的数值对比
摘要:电袋复合除尘器电场内部气流分布是影响电袋复合除尘器效率最主要的因素之一,采用标准k-ε紊流模型,模拟了0.8、1.2、1.6、2和2.4 m/min 5种过滤风速电袋复合除尘器的流场分布情况。结果表明:电袋复合除尘器内部气流速度出现了明显的分区,在与电除尘相邻的袋除尘区下部空间出现了明显的高速区,过滤速度为1.6 m/min时的高速区面积最小,且随着速度的增加在袋除尘区靠近出口的后墙上部滤袋处出现了狭长的气流聚集区,这将增大滤袋负荷的不均匀度。在袋除尘下部区域、袋除尘区域及净气室区域选取有代表的截面进行流场均匀性检验,得出速度为0.8 m/min时的不均匀性波动最小,且在袋除尘区随着速度增大流场不均匀性也增大,但同时随着高度的增高整体都呈现下降的趋势。
Abstract:Flow distribution in electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator is one of the most important factors for affecting collection efficiency. The standard k-ε turbulence model was used to simulate flow field distribution at five kinds of filtration velocity. The results show that obvious partition of flow velocity was observed, the high-speed zone was observed at the lower space of the electrostatic precipitator dust bag, the area was minimum when the filtration rate of speed was 1.6 m/min, at the same time, the filter bag narrow stream was observed at the gathering area, which the bag loading unevenness was increased. In the lower region of the bag dust, bag dust chamber area and net cross-sectional area representatives were tested. The unevenness was smallest at 0.8 m/min of filtration velocity, and areas were increasing with speed bag dust increases, but increases with height overall have shown a downward trend.
