独墅湖体育馆主赛场场馆空调系统改造设计及分析
摘要:对苏州独墅湖体育馆空调系统进行改造设计,结合体育馆使用特点,采用磁悬浮离心机组加燃气真空热水锅炉方案替代原直燃型溴化锂机组。并重新进行气流组织设计,将原系统的观众区固定座椅送风、场馆低位和高位同时回风的方式改为原座椅风口回风、场馆低位和高位分别送风的方式。从而解决了主机性能衰减和避免土建静压箱蓄热对空调送风不利影响提高场馆空调送风效率。同时采用CFD模拟对改造方案进行验证,发现其可以满足使用要求,最后对工程进行了改造并经过实践运行检验,取得了较好的效果,为同类体育馆空调工程的改造提供借鉴。
Abstract:In this paper, the air conditioning system of Suzhou Du Shu Lake gymnasium was retrofited. In consideration of the characteristics of the gymnasium, a magnetic levitation centrifugal unit & a gas vacuum hot water boiler was adopted to replace the original direct-fired lithium bromide unit. In addition, the airflow organization was redesigned, original system of the audience area seat air supply, has been changed, low and high position of the stadium air have been exchanged. Thus, the air conditioning effect was improved with problems solved of unit performance attenuation and heat storage of earthwork static box. At the same time, CFD simulation was used to verify the retrofit plan, and the results proved effective. Finally, the project has been completed, tested, and has achieved good results, which provides a reference for similar gymnasium air conditioning retrofit.
