煤炭联合制样设备性能调整及检验
摘要：煤炭联合制样设备已经在煤炭、燃煤火电等领域广泛应用,其性能偏差可能会导致煤炭贸易纠纷,影响锅炉燃烧安全经济性。对某台检验存在性能偏差的联合制样设备进行检查,阐述了设备静态检查和动态检查的过程,根据检查中发现的问题对设备进行调整,消除了设备关键部件的缺陷,重新确定了出料粒度和缩分比等技术参数。设备调整后根据相关技术标准对其性能进行检验,通过精密度、系统偏倚和辅助试验对联合制样设备性能进行了综合评价,结果表明该设备经调整,性能达到相关标准的要求。
Abstract:Coal combined sample equipment has been widely used in coal,coal-fired power plants and other fields, and its performance deviation may lead to coal trade disputes, which affect the safety and economy of boiler combustion. The paper describes the inspection of combined coal preparation equipment with performance deviation, and iuugrates the process of static and dynamic examination of equipment inspection. By adjusting the equipment, the defects of key parts of the equipment were eliminated, particle size and the reduction ratio of technical parameters were redfined. According to the performance test of relevant technical standards, the equipment performance was evaluated through auuracy, system bias and supplemental tests. The equipment meets the requirements of relevant standards.
