CFB机组一次风机变频自动切换工频运行的实现
摘要：介绍了某循环流化床(CFB)机组一次风机变频自动切换工频运行的设计思路及控制策略。通过对一次风机原有控制策略的分析并结合现场试验数据,对一次风机顺控逻辑及控制参数进行了针对性的优化。试验结果表明,优化后的控制策略满足一次风机安全运行要求,提高了机组运行的可靠性。
Abstract:This paper introduces the design idea and control strategy of frequency conversion mode automatically switch frequency of primary air fan of the boiler in CFB unit. Through the analysis of the original control strategy of primary air fan of the boiler and the field test data, the sequential control logic and control parameters of the primary fan are optimized. The experimental results show that the optimized control strategy meets the requirements of the safe operation of primary air fan of the boiler and improves the reliability of the operation of the unit.
