变频器在工业生产中的选择及运用
摘要：变频器由于其独特的调功、调速优点和显著的节能效果使其广泛应用于工业生产中的不同场合。通过某多晶硅厂变频器的选型实例,以试验数据和现场运行结果为依据,在总结经验的基础上较为全面地分析了变频器的选型原则和方法,为变频器选型提供借鉴或参考。
Abstract:Frequency converter is widely used in indus-trial production because of its unique characteristics of pow-er regulation,speed regulation and remarkable energy sav-ing effect.This paper takes the selection of frequency con-verter in a polycrystalline silicon plant as an example.Based on analyzing the test data and field operation results and summing up experience,it comprehensively analyzed the selection principle and method which can be used as reference for the selection of frequency converter.
