百万级火电机组AGC自适应能力分析
摘要:为了满足区域电网二次调频的需要,火电机组接收的AGC指令将跟随电网频率频繁变动,其变化幅度和方向均具有很强的随机性,多数火电机组在AGC模式下均存在电负荷响应时间超标和调节速率不足的问题。通过分析电网AGC的运行特点,指出了AGC的控制要点,并提出具有自适应能力的变负荷前馈控制策略。经过多次静态仿真试验和动态变负荷试验,使得该控制策略成功地运用到中电投安微平圩电厂2×1050MW超超临界火电机组,实践证明该控制策略具有较强的AGC自适应能力,提高了火电机组电负荷响应能力。
Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the power gridsecond FM regional,power unit to receive the AGC instruction will follow the grid frequency changes frequently,the magnitude and direction of change has very strong randomness,many thermal power units have electric load response time and adjust the rate exceed the standard problem of insufficient in AGC mode. Based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of the regional power grid AGC,the paper points out the main points of the AGC control scheme,and puts forward the variable load feedforward control strategy with adaptive ability. After several times of static test and dynamic simulation of variable load test,the control strategy is successfully applied to the CPI Anhui Pingwei Power Plant 2×1050MW ultra supercritical thermal power units,the practice proves that the AGC control strategy has strong adaptive capacity,improve the thermal power unit load response ability.
