Tween 80强化R134a水合物蓄冷的实验研究
摘要:摘要基于压缩式制冷循环的R134a水合物连续制备系统,研究不同压力下添加不同质量浓度的Tween 80对R134a水合物生成和蓄冷特性的影响。结果表明:与纯水体系相比,三种不同初始压力(0.15 MPa、0.20 MPa和0.25 MPa)下,添加不同浓度(0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%和2.5%)的Tween 80对R134a水合物生成均有促进作用。当初始压力为0.25 MPa、Tween 80浓度为1.5%时,系统的蓄冷性能最好,此时蓄冷时间最短(35.44 min),总蓄冷量最大(943.65 kJ),水合物生成量最大(1 200.56 g)。在初始压力为0.25 MPa条件下,1.5%浓度的Tween 80与不同浓度(0.1%、0.5%、1.0%和1.5%)正丁醇进行复配时,随着正丁醇浓度的增大,系统蓄冷性能先升高后下降,在正丁醇浓度为0.5%时系统的蓄冷性能最优,与只添加1.5%浓度Tween 80体系相比,当正丁醇浓度为0.5%时,蓄冷时间缩短了33.89%,总蓄冷量增加了2.60%,平均蓄冷速率提升了55.19%。

Abstract::Based on the continuous R134a hydrate formation system with compression refrigeration cycle, the effects of different concentrations of Tween 80 under different pressures on the formation and cold storage characteristics of R134a hydrate were studied. The results showed that compared with the pure water system, the formation of R134a hydrate was promoted in the addition of Tween 80 with different concentrations (0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, and 2.5%) at three different initial pressures (0.15 MPa, 0.20 MPa, and 0.25 MPa). The best cold storage performance was gained when the initial pressure was 0.25 MPa and the concentration of Tween 80 was 1.5%, the cold storage time was the shortest (35.44 min), the total cold storage capacity was the largest (943.65 kJ), and the hydrate production was the largest (1 200.56 g). At the initial pressure of 0.25 MPa, when Tween 80 solution at the concentration of 1.5% was mixed with different concentrations (0.1%, 0.5%, 1.0%, and 1.5%) of n-butanol, the cold storage performance of the system increased first and then decreased with the increase of n-butanol concentration. When the concentration of n-butanol was 0.5%, the cold storage performance of the system was the best, the cold storage time was shortened by 33.89%, the total cold storage capacity was increased by 2.60%, and the average cold storage rate was increased by 55.19%, compared with 1.5% Tween 80 system.
