东莞市HW060817危险废物产出现状及管理对策
摘要：摘要随着东莞市工业经济建设的快速发展和政府的大力扶持,东莞市电子产品制造、交通运输、电力生产以及石油化工、塑料加工等企业数量快速增多,危险废物种类和数量也均显著增加。分析了东莞市HW06/08/17三类危险废物产出的区域分布和产出行业特点,通过GIS系统对东莞市危险废物产出区域上的动态变化探索发现,HW06/08/17三类危险废物产出区域均有逐渐集中的趋势,表现在各产出单位逐步向交通和发展条件较好的片区边缘地区聚集。最后,简要分析危险废物处理处置现状并提出合理的管理策略和建议,为相关部门危险废物管理提供参考。
Abstract:：With the rapid development of Dongguan's industrial economy and the strong support of the government, the number of enterprises in Dongguan's electronic product manufacturing, transportation, power production, petrochemical, plastic processing, and other industries has increased rapidly. The regional distribution and industrial characteristics of HW06/08/17 hazardous waste output in Dongguan City were analyzed. The dynamic change of hazardous waste output region in Dongguan City was explored through the GIS system, it was found that the output areas of HW06/08/17 had a trend of gradual concentration. It was manifested in the gradual clustering of output areas to the edge areas with better traffic and development conditions. Finally, the current situation of hazardous waste treatment and disposal was briefly analyzed, and reasonable management strategies and suggestions were put forward to provide a reference for hazardous waste management in relevant departments.
