乙醇-氢气-空气预混燃气爆炸特性的研究
摘要:摘要利用定容燃烧弹系统研究了乙醇-氢气-空气预混气体的爆炸特性。实验在初始温度为450 K、初始压力为0.1 ~ 0.4 MPa、氢气含量为20% ~ 80%、当量比为0.7 ~ 1.4条件下进行。对压力数据进行处理获得峰值爆炸压力、最大压力上升率和爆炸时间等参数,评估预混气体爆炸的危险性。结果表明,不同氢气含量的预混气体的峰值爆炸压力只存在微小差异,但氢气含量的增加能显著提高最大压力上升率,缩短爆炸时间。峰值爆炸压力和最大压力上升率均随初始压力增大而线性增加。在高压、高氢气含量条件下,预混气体具有较高的爆燃指数,爆炸危险性大。
Abstract::The explosion characteristics of ethanol-hydrogen-air premixed gases were studied using a constant volume combustion chamber system. The experiments were carried out at an initial temperature of 450 K, an initial pressure of 0.1 - 0.4 MPa, a hydrogen content of 20% - 80% and an equivalence ratio of 0.7 - 1.4. The pressure data were processed to obtain parameters such as peak explosion pressure, maximum pressure rise rate and explosion time to assess the risk of the premixed gas explosion. It was shown that there were only minor differences in the peak explosion pressures of the premixed gases with different hydrogen contents, while the maximum pressure rise rate significantly increased and the explosion time shortened as the hydrogen proportion increased. Both the peak explosion pressure and the maximum pressure rise rate increased linearly with the initial pressure. The premixed gases’ deflagration index and explosion risk were high under high pressure and high hydrogen content conditions.
