分散式垃圾热解气化处理工程示范-乡村垃圾解决方案
摘要：摘要新农村建设以美丽乡村的理念实行。我国领土广阔,大部分为山区丘陵,人口密度存在巨大差异,山区乡村人口居住较为分散、道路交通不便,各地区发展不均衡。乡村垃圾无害化处理问题急需合理解决,但偏远山区乡村无法满足建设垃圾发电厂的最低垃圾量。针对乡村垃圾处理存在的问题,设计融合了多项专利技术的分散式垃圾热解气化处理工艺,并以该工艺建设工程示范。工程示范整套设备运行稳定,烟气排放量远小于国家标准GB18485-2014的规定,其中NOx ≤ 17 mg/Nm3、CO ≤ 10 mg/Nm3、SO2 ≤ 6 mg/Nm3、HCL ≤ 3 mg/Nm3。结果表明,该工程示范实现了乡村垃圾无害化处置,有效保障了乡村居民的身心健康和生态安全。
Abstract:：The new rural construction is carried out with the conception of ‘beautiful countryside’. China has a vast territory, most of which are mountainous and hilly areas. There are huge differences in population density. The rural population living in mountainous areas is scattered, the road traffic is inconvenient, the development of various regions is unequal. Currently, the amount of garbage in mountainous areas cannot meet the minimum amount for the construction of garbage power plant. Harmless treatment of rural garbage still faces many challenges. Considering the existing problems of rural garbage treatment, a decentralized garbage pyrolysis gasification process integrating a number of patented technologies was designed, and a demonstration project was implemented. The whole set of demonstration equipment ran stably, the flue gases emission amounts were NOx ≤ 17 mg/Nm3, CO ≤ 10 mg/Nm3, SO2 ≤ 6 mg/Nm3, HCl ≤ 3 mg/Nm3, far less than the national regulations of No.GB18485-2014. Results indicated that, the harmless disposal of rural garbage was realized, and the physical and mental health and ecological safety of residents were effectively guaranteed.
