石家庄市水资源问题及对策探讨
摘要:同其它以地下水作为主要供水水源的城市一样，石家庄市在城市供水中面临越來越严重和难以回避的问题，即供需矛盾和日益严重的水资源危机。本文在分析了石家庄市在地下水开发利用中存在问题的基础上，提出了解决水资源问题的具体对策，并着重指出，迅速建立一个有权威的水资源管理机构，且立即幵展有成效的工作是至关重要的。

Abstract:Jast as the cities whose water supply are mainly dependent on the groundwater, unavoiding sidestep problems arise in the groundwater decclopment and utilization in the city of Shi Jiazhuang. The problems concerning the city's water resource crsis are clisccissed and the corresponding measures that should be taken to deal with the problems are put forward. To set up an authoritative organization of water resource management and to make it work with effect are considered to be the key measure.
