预压桩基础托换在高层建筑中的应用
摘要:陕西铜川某厂七层住宅楼地基事故处理基础托换技术用预压桩加固设计方案，地基受力性能好、沉降稳定快、效果可靠、见效快，基础托换是成功的；为高层建筑地基处理提出一种行之有效方法。
Abstract:The design scheme of foundation reinforced by precompressed pile (foundation underpinning) like the footing accident treatment for a 7 storeies residential building at a factory in Tongchuan,Shanxi,makes foundation the better stress state, the subsidence quickly stable, result reliable and taking effect quickly. An effective method to treat high rise foundation is put forward.
