层状岩体地下洞室变形影响因素分析
摘要:目前水电站建设多采用地下厂房,地下洞室围岩的变形特性是设计和施工关注的关键问题之一。采用有限元程序,结合正交试验设计方法,考虑多因素共同变化的影响,研究了各因素对地下洞室变形特性的影响显著程度,对各因素对洞室特征部位变形影响的显著性分别进行了排序。分析结果表明:拱顶位移受岩层厚度和洞室埋深的影响程度最大,左边墙中点位移受洞室埋深和洞室高度的影响最大,右边墙中点位移主要受洞室埋深的影响最大;洞室最大位移多发生在左边墙中点附近,受岩层厚度、洞室埋深、洞室高度的影响都非常显著。绘出了各因素对洞室特征部位位移的影响趋势。
Abstract:Underground houses are mostly used in the construction of hydropower station, and the deformation characteristic of the surrounding rock is a key problem in the design and construction process. By using the FEM soft and the orthogonal experiment, the influence of multi-factor changing was taken into account, to study the influencing degree of the deformation characteristic of the surrounding rock by each factor, and the order of the influencing degree was listed. From the results we can see, the biggest influencing factor of vault displacement were the thickness of the rock stratum and the depth of the underground house, and the centre of the left side wall were the height and the depth of the underground house, the center of the right side wall was the depth of the underground house. The position of the biggest deformation was mostly near the centre of the left side wall. The biggest influencing factors of biggest displacement were the thickness of the rock stratum, the depth and the height of the underground house. At last, the influencing trend curves of the factor for the displacement of specific position were drawn.
