既有建筑物地基土压密效应的研究
摘要:在既有建筑物的增层改造中,首先要解决的问题是对地基土作出正确的评价。根据某工程实例,通过室内外大量试验数据的分析,并结合两组静载荷试验,探讨了地基土长期荷载作用下,土的物理力学性质的变化规律。
Abstract:Before accomplished buildings are reformed to increase their layers, the first important problem is to correctly evaluate the properties of the foundation soil. Based on a certain engineering practice, by analyzing many laboratory and in-site test data together with two groups of loading test, the variable regularity of physical mechanics properties of foundation soil is discussed.
