挖孔灌注桩基础下沉的加固处理
摘要:挖孔灌注桩因其单桩承载力高,施工无噪音,无需专用机具,费用低等优点,作为建筑基础已被广泛认可。但挖孔灌注桩对其施工方法、水文地质和工程地质条件等依赖性很大,若不顾任何条件的选用,必将带来不良后果。结合兰州市某建造在湿陷性黄土和人工堆填土地基上的7层住宅楼,分析了人工挖孔灌注桩基础下沉变形的原因,介绍了治理此类病害的方法,及其工程实践。
Abstract:Borehole cast-in-place piles have many advantages,such as high bearing capacity of single pile,no noise with construction,no special equipment needed and so on. According to these, they have been widely accepted to foundation engineering. But this technique is much reliable to its construction method, hydrogeological and engineering geological condisions. If it is not considered any factor to use this technique, it must resulted in harmfulness. Based on analyzing the foundation settlement with Borehole cast-in-place piles of a seven-floor structure in Lanzhou, which is built on subsidence loess and man-filled soil,treating method of this harmfulness and its engineering practice are introduced.
