基于岩石灌浆稳定浆液配比试验研究
摘要:长期以来,水泥灌浆一直是水电工程基础处理的主要方法之一。常规灌浆方法,一般多采用全孔一次或分段灌浆,根据灌段深度及地质条件确定灌浆压力并采用由稀到浓逐级变化。仔细推敲传统的灌浆方法,有很多问题,尤其是浆液方面的问题。针对常规灌浆方法中浆液存在的问题研制了新型稳定浆液,并采用新方法将其应用于具体的水电工程,实践证明已获得成功。
Abstract:For a long time,cement grouting has been one of the key foundation treatment methods in hydropower project.In conventional grouting,full-length-hole single-stage or multiple-staged grouting method is generally adopted,in which grouting pressure is determined as per the depth of grouting sections and geological conditions,and grout mixture used changes gradually from thin to thick.Many problems are found while reviewing traditional grouting method,especially the problems of grout mixtures.New-type stable-grout is researched and proposed in this paper by targeting grout problems of conventional grouting method.This stable grout is practically applied with the adoption of the new method in certain hydropower project and success there of has been proved in practice.
