结合微型钢管桩的深基坑嵌岩式排桩支护应用研究
摘要:以桂林岩溶区红黏土场地某基坑支护为背景,在排桩支护受条件限制的情况下,土层部分采用钢筋混凝土排桩,而嵌岩则采用微型钢管桩,避免了出现"吊脚桩",加快了施工速度,节约了成本;从分析支护受力特点着手,分别采用截面抵抗矩等效和截面积等效对钢管桩弯曲应力和剪应力进行了验算,分析了采用钢管桩嵌岩的排桩位移监测结果。研究结果表明,土层采用钢筋混凝土排桩,而嵌岩采用微型钢管桩是可行的,能够较好地控制基坑侧壁位移。
Abstract:Based on the foundation pit bracing for a particular red clay site on karst region in Guilin,with a limited retaining piles condition, proposed a method that the soil layer using reinforced concrete row piles while rock layer adopting micro steel tube pile, which can avoid the end-suspended piles, accelerate construction speed and save cost; starting from the forces analysis,check the bending stress and shear stress using section modulus equivalent and section area equivalent approach respectively,analyzing the displacement monitoring result of micro steel tube retaining pile. The research shows that soil layer using reinforced concrete row piles while rock layer adopting micro steel tube pile is feasible, which can effectively control the foundation displacement.
