承压型预应力基础抗浮锚杆关键技术研究
摘要:针对目前抗浮锚杆存在的锚固效率低、耐久性和抗腐蚀性差等问题,提出了一种带有螺旋箍筋的承压型预应力基础抗浮锚杆。通过现场原位试验和数值模拟分析,通过与传统非预应力全长黏结的抗浮锚杆进行对比分析,对承压型预应力抗浮锚杆受力特点、承载能力及工程应用等进行研究,结果表明,通过在浆体内设置螺旋箍筋,提高了浆体的抗裂、抗压性能,避免了浆体开裂引起的钢筋锈蚀问题,提高了锚杆的承载力、可靠性及耐久性,进而确保抗浮工程的安全,其社会效益和经济效益巨大,在基础抗浮工程中具有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract:In view of the low anchor efficiency,poor durability and poor corrosion resistance of anti-floating anchor,a new type of prestressed foundation anti-floating anchor with spiral stirrups is presented in this paper.Through in situ test and numerical simulation analysis,compared with the traditional non prestressed full length bonding anti-floating anchor,the stress characteristics,bearing capacity and engineering application of bearing type prestressed anti-floating anchor are studied.The results show that,though spiral stirrups arranged in the slurry body,improve the crack resistance and compressive properties of slurry,avoid the corrosion of reinforcement caused by cracking slurry,improve the bearing capacity,reliability and durability of bolt,thus ensuring the safety of anti-floating engineering.Its social and economic benefits are enormous,so it has broad application prospects in foundation anti-floating engineering.
