北京突发地质灾害应急调查工作探讨
摘要:突发地质灾害应急调查工作是地质灾害应急管理体系中重要的一环,是上级主管部门应急决策的技术依据。北京地区突发地质灾害具有点多、面广、规模小和一旦发生灾害负面影响大等特征,突发地质灾害应急调查工作程序、技术和要求都有其自身的地域特点。通过总结和分析北京地区以往地质灾害应急调查工作,论述了应急调查工作从无到有的历史和现状,通过对现状调查体系的论述,提出了完善建议和设想。
Abstract:The emergency investigation is an important part of the emergency management system of geological disasters,and it is the technical basis for the emergency decision of the superior departments.The sudden geological disasters in Beijing have the characteristics of many points,wide range,small scale and large negative impact;the emergency investigation procedures,techniques and requirements of geological disasters have their own regional characteristics.Based on the summary and analysis of the previous geological disasters emergency investigation in Beijing,this paper discusses the history and present situation of emergency investigation work.Through the discussion of the current investigation system,some suggestions are put forward.
