勘察技术在北方湿陷性黄土地区预应力管桩施工中的应用
摘要:大面积预应力管桩施工的挤土效应会使邻近已完成桩体或建(构)筑物产生位移,这种现象在南方软土地区较为普遍,但在北方湿陷性黄土地区却甚为罕见。通过对北方湿陷性黄土地区山西某电厂勘察报告的分析,找出其预应力管桩施工导致相邻已完成施工的锅炉房桩基及其上所筑基础承台位移的原因,提出了多种可解决问题的方法,并推荐采用边坡卸荷、调整施工顺序、减慢施工速度等综合处理方法,有效解决了问题,防止了工程质量事故。这种利用岩土工程勘察技术解决岩土施工中技术难题的思路,对以后工程具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract:Effect in the construction of large area prestressed pipe pile can make near completed pile or building produce displacement,this phenomenon is common in soft soil area in the south,but the collapsible loess area is very rare in the north.This article through to the collapsible loess region,the analysis of the survey report of a certain power plant in Shanxi Province,find out the prestressed pipe pile construction in adjacent has been built based on boiler room of pile foundation construction completion and the cause of the displacement of pile caps,put forward a variety of solutions,and recommend using slope unloading,adjusting the construction sequence and comprehensive treatment methods to slow down the speed of construction,effectively solve the problem,to prevent the project quality accident.This method is of great significance to the engineering of geotechnical engineering in solving the technical problems in geotechnical construction.
