内支撑中间立柱精确定位技术的应用
摘要:中间立柱是内支撑系统中的关键部件之一,同时也是竖向支撑系统的关键结构,其定位和垂直度控制一直是施工中的重点和难点。如何在施工中对立柱实现精确定位,是立柱施工的关键技术。结合北京市某工程,通过对孔口定位装置、格构柱活接头、钢格构与钢筋笼的连接等技术的应用,实现了中间立柱的精确定位。实践表明,该技术造价低,施工方便,能够满足中间立柱的定位精度。
Abstract:The positioning and perpendicularity control of the intermediate upright prop have always been important and difficult points in the construction,as which is one of the key components in the internal strutted retaining structure system;and is also the key structure of the vertical braced structure system.It is the key technology of the upright prop construction how the accuracy location of the upright prop is carried out.Combined with a project in Beijing,the technique of the orifice locator device,the lattice columns union,the connection between steel-lattice and steel reinforcement cage is applied to achieve the accuracy location of the intermediate upright prop.The practice shows that the technique is low in cost and convenient in construction,and can meet the accuracy of positioning of the intermediate upright prop.
