文档名:Numerical Study on Surface Flow Characteristics of Ceramic Matrix Composites with Different Weaving Patterns
Abstract:Ceramicmatrixcomposites(CMCs)areoneofthemostpromisingmaterialsinthefieldofgasturbines,withsuperiorweightandthermalproperties.Itssurfacemorphologyisdifferentfromthetraditionalcastingairfoilcomponents,whichmainlycomesfromdifferentweavingmethodsanddifferentbraidedtowthickness.However,fewpeoplehavestudiedtheinfluenceofsurfacemorphologyofceramicmatrixcomposites(CMCs)onthedevelopmentofboundarylayerandtheresultingflowloss.Inthispaper,TexGenisusedtogeneratedifferentsurfacemorphologystructuresofceramicmatrixcomposites(CMCs),andthesurfaceflowcharacteristicsofcorrespondingCMCsplatesarenumericallystudied.Itisfoundthattheslopeofthedisplacementthicknessofthewovensurfacefirstincreasesandthendecreasesinthewholetransitioninterval.Thickerbraidedtowthicknessanddenserbraidingmethodwillinduceearlierflowtransitionphenomenonandproducegreaterflowloss;TheflowlossonthesurfaceofCMCsplateismainlycomposedofthevortexlossinthepitandtheboundarylayerlossoutsidethepit,andtheboundarylayerlossisdominant.Theweavingmethodshasagreaterinfluenceontheflowstateandflowlossoftheboundarylayer.
