Abstract:Theenvironmentandstructureofthetanksusedinaquaculturevesselsareremarkablydifferentfromthoseofordinaryships,andtheresultingproblemofstructuralstrengthisrelatedtobreedingsafety.Inthisstudy,amodelofaquaculturetankcorrosionwasconstructedbyusingthemultiphysicalfieldcouplinganalysissoftwareCOMSOLMultiphysics,andwaveandsloshingloadswerecalculatedonthebasisofpotentialflowtheoryandcomputationalfluiddynamics.Theinfluenceofdifferentcalculationmethodsforcorrosionallowanceandsloshingloadonthestructuralresponsesofaquaculturetankswasanalyzed.Throughourcalculations,wefoundthatthecorrosionofaquaculturetanksisdifferentfromthatofordinaryships.ThecorrosionallowanceinRulesfortheClassificationofSea-goingSteelShipsissmall,andtheinfluenceoftheaquacultureenvironmentoncorrosioncanbeignored.Comparedwiththemethodsetintherelevantrules,ourproposedcouplingdirectcalculationmethodforthestructuralresponsecalculationofaquaculturetankscanbettercombinethespecificenvironmentofaquaculturetanksandprovidemoreaccuratecalculations.
