摘要:为了解决薄壁件选区激光熔化成形(selectivelasermelting,SLM)过程中残余应力引起的变形问题,保证成形精度,以SLM制备的钛合金雷达屏蔽器为研究对象,使用固有应变法对其进行变形分析和应力分析.提出了一种基于体素仿真模型的反变形补偿方法,并对其进行实验验证.结果表明:SLM制备的屏蔽器残余应力和位移较大,最大分别达831MPa和0.61mm.经过反变形补偿后,屏蔽器表面区域的整体变形量偏差从0.582mm下降到0.438mm以内,误差减少24.7%,从而保证了屏蔽器的打印质量.
Abstract:Inordertosolvethedeformationproblemofthin-walledpartscausedbyresidualstressduringtheSelectiveLaserMelting(SLM)processandensureformingaccuracy,thispapertakesthetitaniumalloyradarshieldingdevicepreparedbySLMastheresearchobjectandemploystheinherentstrainmethodtoanalyzeitsdeformationandstress.Itproposesananti-deformationcompensationmethodbasedonthevoxelsimulationmodelandexperimentallyverifythemethod.SelectiveLaserMelting(SelectiveLaserMelting)isoneofthemostmatureandwidelyusedmetaladditivemanufacturingtechnologiesinAdditiveManufacturing(AM),whichusesahighenergydensitylaserbeamasaheatsourcetomeltmetalpowderlayerbylayeraccordingtotheslicingpatternwiththeassistanceofcomputersoftware,andultimatelyaccumulatesandformsdensethree-dimensionalsolidparts,theprintedpartshavehighprecision,complexstructureandhighmaterialutilization,andarenowwidelyusedinaviation,aerospace,energy,automotiveandotherfields.However,theuneventemperaturegradientcausedbytherapidheatmeltingandcoolingsolidificationofmetalpowderintheSLMformingprocessgivesrisetolargeresidualstresses.Althoughtherehasbeenmuchresearchonreducingresidualstressandcontrollingformingaccuracy,researchershavenotcompletelysolvedthedeformationproblemofthin-walledpartsintheSLMprocess.Ontheonehand,duetothespecialstructureofthin-walledparts,theirindicationaccuracyrequirementsarealsohigher,anditisdifficulttouseinactualproductionbecauseofthehighcostofthewayofexperimentalmeasurements;ontheotherhand,ittakesalotofcomputationalandtimecostsinmodelsimulationandcomputationalcompensation.Basedontheintrinsicstrainmethod,itcalculatesthestressfieldanddeformationoftheTC4radarshieldingdevicepreparedinSLMandproposesananti-deformationcompensationmethodbasedonthevoxelgridsimulationmodeltosolvetheanti-deformationcompensationmodelquickly.TheresultsshowthattheresidualstressesanddisplacementsoftheshieldingdevicepreparedinSLMare831MPaand0.61mmrespectively.Aftertheanti-deformationcompensation,theoveralldeformationdeviationofthesurfaceareaoftheshieldingdevicedecreasesfrom0.582mmtowithin0.438mm,andtheaccuracyimprovesby24.7%,whichensurestheprintqualityoftheshieldingdevice.
