摘要:针对43m高钢结构锅炉框架崁套建筑物的爆破拆除,对2~6号锅炉房5个锅炉框架采取一次性定向爆破的方法拆除,按2~6号锅炉房顺序由北到南逐跨向东倒塌.对钢筋混凝土支撑柱实施钻孔爆破;锅炉框架采用聚能切割器,对钢结构的支撑柱进行切割爆破.2号、3号锅炉第一排支撑柱切口高6m,设置3个切口;第二排支撑柱切口高为4.0m,设置3个切口;第三排支撑柱的切口高为3.0m,设置2个切口.4~6号锅炉支撑框架第一排支撑柱切口6m,第二排支撑柱切口3.5m.使用SGPQ-15型(180g/m)切割器切割14mm厚度以下钢板,SGPQ-19型(280g/m)切割器切割16mm和20mm厚度钢板,总装药量30.288kg.爆破时,煤斗间、锅炉厂房屋顶、钢结构锅炉框架按设计方向倾覆.起爆瞬间2号锅炉框架下沉,0.25s后锅炉房5号柱下座,随后按0.25s的起爆间隔,厂房由北向南逐跨坍塌向东定向倾倒.两个楼梯间在剪力墙的支撑下明显坍塌滞后,在锅炉翻转的冲击下向东倾倒.锅炉房东侧立柱向东侧倾倒过程中,上下爆破切口间立柱被压缩坍塌,立柱距离烟囱16m,中间楼梯、锅炉及剪力墙上部向前倾倒,主体距离烟囱14m,塌散物距离烟囱最近6m.爆破飞石和爆破振动(0.28cm/s)均未超标,未对周边的建筑物和设施造成任何损坏.
Abstract:Aimingattheblastingdemolitionofthebuildingsembeddedwitha43mhighsteelstructureboilerframe,thefiveboilerframesofNo.2~No.6boilerroomsweredemolishedbyone-timedirectionalblastingmethodandcollapsedfromnorthtosouthbyspantoeastaccordingtotheorderofNo.2~No.6boilerrooms.Thereinforcedconcretesupportcolumnsweredrilledandblasted,andthesteelsupportcolumnswerecutbyashapedenergycutter.Threecutsforthefirst-rowofsupportcolumnsofNo.2andNo.3boilersweresetwithacutheighof6m.Similarly,three4mhighcutsandtwo3mhighcutsweresetforthesecond-rowandthethird-rowofsupportcolumns,respec-tively.Thecutheightsofthefirst-rowandsecond-rowofsupportcolumnsofNo.4~No.6boilersweresetas6mand3.5m,respectively.Additionally,thesteelplateswithathicknesslessthan14mmwerecutbytheSGPQ-15(180g/m)cutter,andthesteelplateswithathicknessof16mmand20mmwerecutbytheSGPQ-19(280g/m)cutter.Thetotalchargewas30.288kg.Duringtheexplosion,thecoalhopperroom,boilerbuildingroofandsteelstructureboilerframeoverturnedaccordingtothedesigneddirection.TheframeofNo.2boilersankatthemomentofdetonation,andthelowerseatofNo.5columnintheboilerroomwasplacedafter0.25seconds.Subsequently,thefactorycollapsedspanbyspanfromnorthtosouthandtiltedtowardstheeastwithadetonationintervalof0.25sec-onds.Thecollapseofthetwostairwellswerelaggedsignificantlyunderthesupportofshearwalls,andthestairwellstoppledeastwardundertheimpactofboileroverturning.Thecolumnbetweentheupperandlowerblastingcutswascompressedandcollapsedduringthetiltingprocessofthecolumnontheeastsideoftheboilerroomtowardstheeast.Thecolumnwas16mawayfromthechimney,andtheupperpartofthemiddlestaircase,boiler,andshearwallweretiltedforward.Themainbodywas14mawayfromthechimney,andtheclosestdistanceofcollapsedobjecttothechimneywas6m.Bothoftheblastingflyingstonesandblastingvibration(0.28cm/s)didnotexceedthestand-ard,andtheblastingdemolitiondidnotcauseanydamagetosurroundingbuildingsandfacilities.
