摘要：为响应国家"双碳"发展战略,当前电网已形成以绿色能源为主体的新能源体系架构,大量风机、光伏并网,给传统电网继电保护带来前所未有的挑战,尤其是分布式光伏的接入对传统配电网保护的助增、外汲影响目前大多停留在理论分析阶段,未见有相关试验论证.通过选取两个分布式光伏并网的10kV配电网典型场景,开展人工短路试验,通过试验录波数据分析,完成了分布式光伏暂态过程中低穿电流特性的分析,量化论证了分布式光伏接入对配电网保护的影响,针对后续开展分布式光伏并网对保护适应性边界的探寻具有理论指导意义.
Abstract：Inresponsetothenational"doublecarbon"developmentstrategy,thecurrentpowergridhasformedanewenergysystemarchitecturewithgreenenergyasthemainbody,andalargenumberoffansandphotovoltaicshavebeenconnectedtothegrid,bringingunprecedentedchallengestothetraditionalpowergridrelayprotection.Especially,theimpactofdistributedphotovoltaicaccessontheprotectionofthetraditionaldistributionnetworkismostlystuckinthetheoreticalanalysisstage.Andhavenorelevantexperimentalevidencehasbeenfound.Inthispaper,theprojectteamselectedtwotypical10kVdistributionnetworkscenariosofdistributedPVconnectedtothegridtocarryoutartificialshortcircuittests.Throughtheanalysisoftestwaverecordingdata,theanalysisoflowpenetrationcurrentcharacteristicsinthedistributedPVtransientprocesswascompleted,andtheimpactofdistributedPVaccessondistributionnetworkprotectionwasquantitativelydemonstrated.Theresearchresultsofthispaperhavetheoreticalguidingsignificanceforthefollow-upexplorationoftheadaptiveboundaryofprotectionfordistributedphotovoltaicgrid-connection.
