摘要：关注造船门式起重机等大跨度起重机的安装过程,基于有限元计算方法,建立有限元数值模型,分析稳态温度场条件下,温度变化对安装过程的影响规律.结果表明,温度变化对起重机安装过程中刚性支腿水平偏移量的修正具有不可忽视的影响.相关分析可为造船门式起重机安装过程的合理修正提供一定理论依据.
Abstract：Focusingontheinstallationprocessoflarge-spancranessuchasshipbuildinggantrycranes,afiniteelementnumericalmodelisestablishedbasedonthefiniteelementcalculationmethodtoanalyzetheinfluencelawoftemperaturechangesontheinstallationprocessunderthecondi-tionofsteady-statetemperaturefield.Theresultsshowthattemperaturechangeshaveanon-negligibleinfluenceonthecor-rectionofthehorizontaloffsetoftherigidoutriggerduringthecraneinstallationpro-cess.Therelevantanalysiswillprovideacertaintheoreticalbasisforthereasonablecorrectionoftheinstallationprocessofshipbuildinggantrycranes.
