摘要:气液两相放电受到诸多因素的影响,在液体表面表现出较为复杂的放电特性与相互作用.该文采用大气压交流金属针-水电极放电结构,对其放电特性及规律进行研究.实验结果表明,随着电源功率的增大,大气压交流金属针-水电极的放电由两种不稳定放电模式转变为稳定放电模式.电源功率足够高时,放电在正、负半周期出现截然不同的放电模式,结合放电影像和电气特性对其放电的时空演化过程进行了分析,研究了电源功率和放电间隙对放电特性及参数的影响.研究发现,击穿电压随电源功率的增大从2.3kV减小到2.0kV,随放电间隙的增大从1.0kV增加到1.9kV;电流峰值和功率峰值只在正半周期时与放电间隙的大小呈正相关关系;传导电荷量随电源功率的增大而增多,与放电间隙没有明显的关系;单次放电能量中,正半周期放电能量始终大于负半周期的放电能量,正、负半周期放电能量与电源功率呈正相关关系,与放电间隙没有明显的相关性.
Abstract:Thisreserachbasedontheatmosphericpressurealternatingcurrent(AC)metalneedle-waterelectrodedischargedevice.Andtheinfluencesofneedle-waterdistanceandsupplypowersonthedischargecharacteristicsofmetalneedle-waterelectrodehavebeenstudied.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatthedischargeofmodesaandboccurredwhenthesupplypowersweresmall,andthedischargemodesofthemwereunstable.Thedifferenceswerethatthedischargemodeawasmorelikecoronadischarge,andthewatersurfaceundertheneedleelectrodewouldbesunken.Thedischargemodebwassimilartosparkdischarge,andthedischargechannelinthedischargegapwastortuous.Modeconlyexistedinthenegativehalfcycleofdischarge,andhadanaxisymmetricstructure.Continuingtoincreasethesupplypowers,modecswitchedtodischargemoded,whichnotonlyhadthediskstructureofmodec,butalsohadsomebrightfilamentousdischarge.Thespatial-temporalevolutionprocessofmodeddischargehadbeenstudied.ItwasfoundfromtheICCDdischargeimagesthatthedischargemorphologyinthepositivehalfcycleextendedfromthemetalneedleelectrodetothewatersurface,anddiffusedintomanyfilamentsaroundthewatersurface.Thesedischargefilamentshadmultiplecontactpointswiththewatersurface,andthecontactpointsmovedcontinuouslyonthewatersurfaceduringthedischargeprocess.Thenegativehalf-cycledischargemorphologywasaxisymmetricasawhole,showingdifferentlayeredstructuralcharacteristics.ThisstructurewasconsistentwiththeglowdischargeformortheTrichelpulsedischargestructure.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatwhenthemetalneedleelectrodewasapositivehighvoltageelectrode,thebreakdownvoltagedroppedfrom2.3kVto2.0kVwiththeincreaseofsupplypowers,andthedischargestarttimeinthecyclewasadvancedfrom16μsto9μs,whilethemaintenancevoltageanddischargeterminationtimehadlittlechange.Whenthemetalneedleelectrodewasanegativehighvoltageelectrode,thebreakdownvoltagedroppedfrom1.4kVto1.0kVasthesupplypowersincreased.thepeakcurrent(about40.0mA)andpeakpower(about50.0W)ofdischargewereroughlyequal.However,thepeakvaluesofthethreewerealllessthanthecorrespondingpeakvaluesofthepositivehalfcycle.Andthedischargeenergyofthepositivehalfcyclewasalwaysgreaterthanthatofthenegativehalfcycle.Theinfluencesofdischargegapsonthedischargecharacteristicsofmodedhavebeenstudied.Theresultsshowedthatwhenthemetalneedleelectrodewasapositivehighvoltageelectrode,asthedischargegapincreasedfrom1.0mmto5.0mm,thebreakdownvoltageincreasedfrom1.2kVto3.2kV,thecurrentpeakvalueincreasedfrom56.4mAto392.1mA,andthepowerpeakvalueincreasedfrom68.9Wto992.2W,butthedischargestarttimeinthecycledelayedfrom6μsto16μs,whilethemaintenancevoltageanddischargeterminationtimehadlittlechange.Witha6.0mmdischargegap,therewasnoplasmageneratedinthefirsthalfcycle.Whenthemetalneedleelectrodewasanegativehighvoltageelectrode,asthedischargegapsincreased,thebreakdownvoltageincreasedfrom1.0kVto1.9kV,andthepeakcurrentandthepeakpowerwereapproximatelyequal.Therewasnopositiveornegativecorrelationbetweentheamountofconductivechargeandthesizeofthedischargegaps.Theconductivechargeinthepositivehalfcyclewasbasicallymaintainedat1.2×10-6C.Thedischargeenergyinthepositivehalfcyclewasalwaysgreaterthanthatinthenegativehalfcycle.
