摘要：作为新型建筑装饰材料的大型平板搪瓷具有诸多优点,但其制造要求较高,特别是生产过程的挂烧方式、工艺制度和搪瓷层厚度等都可能导致产品变形.探讨了在生产过程中大型平板搪瓷的材料性质、生产工艺、以及搪瓷釉的热膨胀系数等因素对产品变形的影响程度.研究结果表明,引起产品变形的因素多种多样,需要在生产过程中综合考虑,为了降低大型平板搪瓷的变形,应保障烧成过程的制品受热均匀,避免急热骤冷.同时,采取优化平板搪瓷的结构设计,选用更合适的材料以及严格控制外界环境等措施,可达到控制产品形变的目的.
Abstract：Largeflatenamelhasmanyadvantagesasanewtypeofarchitecturaldecorativematerial,butitsmanufacturingrequirementsarehigh.Thehanging-firedmethod,productionprocess,andenamellayerthicknessoflargeflatenamelmayallleadtoproductdeformation.Theinfluenceofmaterialproperties,productionprocesses,andthermalexpansioncoefficientofenamelglazeonproductdeformationduringtheproductionprocessoflargeflatenamelwereinvestigated.Thestudyshowsthattherearemanyfactorsthatcauseproductdeformation,whichneedtobecomprehensivelyconsideredduringtheproductionprocess.Inordertoreducethedeformationoflargeplateenamel,shouldensurethatthefiringprocessoftheproductheatuniformity,toavoidrapidheatingandcooling,whileoptimisingthestructuraldesignofflatenamel,theuseofmoresuitablematerialsandstrictcontroloftheexternalenvironmentandothermeasurescanbeachievedtocontroltheproductdeformationpurposes.
