Abstract：Guidedbysmartradioandtelevisionproject,buildingsmartradioandtelevisionmediaanddevelopingsmartradioandtelevisionnetworkareimportantdirectionsforthedevelopmentofChina'sradioandtelevisionfield.Theintelligentoperationandmaintenanceplatformofterrestrialdigitaltelevisionbroadcastingsinglefrequencynetwork,asthebasiccontentoftheconstructionofintelligentradioandtelevisionnetwork,playsakeyroleinimprovingtheintelligentoperationandmaintenanceofterrestrialdigitaltelevisionbroadcastingnetwork.Basedonthis,incombinationwiththeactualconstructionofintelligentradioandtelevision,thispaperfocusesondesigningthearchitectureoftheintelligentoperationandmaintenanceplatformofthesinglefrequencynetworkofterrestrialdigitaltelevisionbroadcastingonthebasisoftheintroductionofthecompositionandcharacteristicsofthesinglefrequencynetwork,andsummarizesthemainfunctionsoftheplatformincombinationwiththeactualoperationoftheplatform,soastoproviderelevantcontentreferencefortheconstructionoftheintelligentoperationandmaintenanceplatform.
