摘要：[目的]硅系无机涂料的耐水性较差,固化过程中易发生起皮、开裂,使用后出现干擦掉粉现象,以及使用寿命短的问题亟需解决.[方法]以硅酸钾、硅溶胶和丙烯酸乳液为主要成膜物,结合钛白粉和石墨烯作为颜填料,再辅以适当的助剂,制得硅系无机防腐涂料.讨论了高模数硅酸钾溶液的稳定性,助剂的选择,以及成膜物、颜填料的用量对涂料性能的影响.[结果]该涂料不含游离甲醛,不含汞、镉等重金属,VOC(挥发性有机物)含量低,且具有优异的贮存稳定性、防腐性、阻燃性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐冲击性等性能.[结论]该涂料克服了传统无机硅酸盐涂料存在的缺点,满足建筑内外墙涂料相关标准的要求.
Abstract：[Introduction]Theproblemsofcurrentsilicon-basedinorganicpaintsuchaspoorwaterresistance,occurrenceofpeelingandcrackingusuallyduringcuring,poorresistancetodryscrubbingafterapplication,andshortservicelifeareurgentlytobesolved.[Method]Asilicon-basedinorganicanticorrosionpaintwaspreparedwithpotassiumsilicate,silicasol,andacrylicemulsionasthemainfilm-formingmaterialsincombinationwithtitaniaandgrapheneasfillersandsomesuitableauxiliaryagents.Thestabilityofhigh-moduluspotassiumsilicatesolution,theselectionofauxiliaryagents,andtheeffectsoftheamountsoffilm-formingmaterialsandpigment/fillersonthepropertiesofthepaintwerediscussed.[Result]Thepaintdoesnotcontainfreeformaldehyde,mercury,cadmium,andotherheavymetalswithlowVOC(volatileorganiccompound)contentandhasexcellentstoragestability,corrosionresistance,flameretardancy,waterresistance,alkaliresistance,impactresistance,etc.[Conclusion]Itresolvestheshortcomingsoftraditionalinorganicsilicatepaint,andmeetstherelevantstandardsofinteriorandexteriorwallpaintsforbuildings.
