Abstract：Studentmanagementpracticesbasedoninnovativeeducationalconceptscanfosterstudents'innovativeawarenessandthinking.bystimulatingstudents'vitalityandenthusiasm,providingopportunitiesforindependentlearningandexploration,creatinganinnovativelearningenvironment,andencouragingproblem-solving,teamwork,andself-directedlearningstrategies.BytheexampleofEyeOptometryTechnologymajorstudentmanagementatYongzhouVocationalandTechnicalCollege,innovativeeducationalconceptswereincorporatedintostudentmanagementprocesses,whichcanhelptounearthstudents'potential,cultivatetheirself-directedlearningability,teamworkspirit,andproblem-solvingskills.Theseconceptsenhancedtheeffectivenessandqualityofstudentmanagement,andlaidafoundationforstudents'holisticdevelopmentandfutureachievements.
