摘要：为量化洁净室高处坠落致因因素耦合关系,利用N-K模型构筑洁净室高处作业安全风险耦合度量模型;进一步搭建洁净室高处作业风险因素指标体系,运用层次分析法优化经典N-K模型,从而获取各个风险因素的权重及其相应风险值,识别造成洁净室高处坠落事故的关键因素.结果表明,耦合风险值与耦合风险因素数量成正比;耦合风险因素数量相同时,各准则层风险因素影响程度依次为人员因素、安全管理因素、材料及设备因素、环境因素,即主观因素耦合风险大于客观因素耦合风险.耦合风险分析与近些年洁净室高处坠落事故案例相符合,关键致因因素及耦合情况与实际情况基本一致.
Abstract：Inordertoquantifythecouplingrelationshipbetweenthecausefactorsofhigh-altitudefallincleanroom,theN-Kmodelwasusedtoconstructthecouplingmeasurementmodelofhigh-altitudeoperationsafetyriskincleanroom.Theindexsystemofriskfactorsforhigh-altitudeoperationincleanroomisfurtherbuilt,andtheclassicalN-Kmodelisoptimizedbyanalytichierarchyprocess,soastoobtaintheweightofeachriskfactoranditscorrespondingriskvalue,andidentifythekeyfactorscausingthefallaccidentincleanroom.Theresultsshowthatthecouplingriskvalueisproportionaltothenumberofcouplingriskfactors.Whenthenumberofcouplingriskfactorsisthesame,theinfluencedegreeofriskfactorsineachcriterionlayerispersonnelfactor,safetymanagementfactor,materialandequi-pmentfactor,environmentalfactor,whichmeansthecouplingriskofsubjectivefactorsisgreaterthanthatofobjectivefactors.Thecouplingriskanalysisisconsistentwiththecasesoffallingaccidentincleanroominrecentyears.Thekeycausefactorsandcouplingconditionsarebasicallyconsistentwiththeactualsituation.
