摘要：针对鲁棒优化保守性大、求解困难的缺点,本文提出交流配电网两阶段分布鲁棒优化模型及其快速求解算法.该模型以开关操作成本、微型燃气轮机发电成本、网损成本及弃风弃光切负荷成本最小为目标函数,构建基于置信区间的两阶段分布鲁棒优化模型;然后以电压的平方和相角为独立变量,提出变量替换结合二阶锥变换的模型转换新方法,将原模型转换为易于求解的混合整数二阶锥规划模型.算例分析表明,本文所提模型克服了基于盒式不确定集的鲁棒优化模型保守大的缺点,提高了算法求解速度.
Abstract：Inviewofthedisadvantagesofrobustoptimizationsuchashighconservatismanddifficultyinsolving,atwo-stagedistributedrobustoptimizationmodelofACdistributionnetworkanditsfastsolvingalgorithmareproposedinthispaper.First,thetwo-stagedistributedrobustoptimizationmodelbasedonconfidenceintervalsisconstructed,withanobjectivefunctionofminimizingtheswitchoperationcost,microgasturbinepowergenerationcost,networklosscost,thecostofwindandPVcurtailments,andthecostofloadshedding.Then,withthesquaredvoltageandphaseangleasindependentvariables,anovelmethodofmodeltransformationbasedonvariablesubstitutioncombinedwithsecond-orderconetransformationisputforwardtoconverttheoriginalmodelintoanmixedintegersecond-orderconeprogrammingmodel,whichiseasytosolve.Theresultofanumericalexampleshowsthattheproposedmodelovercomesthedisadvantage(i.e.,beingtooconservative)oftherobustoptimizationmodelwhichisbasedonaboxuncertaintyset,anditalsohasafastersolvingspeed.
