摘要：针对常规破碎筛分工艺仅对沥青路面回收料(ReclaimedAsphaltPavement,RAP)初步破碎和筛分时,处理效果不佳,获得的RAP质量波动仍较大的问题,使用精细化分离设备处理RAP,并将其各项与常规破碎筛分获取的RAP进行对比,采用RAP结团率、变异系数和细化指数等指标评价RAP的处理效果.研究结果表明,精细化分离可以将RAP破碎为老化沥青含量较低的RAP粗料(粒径大于4.75mm)和富含老化沥青的沥青胶砂(粒径小于4.75mm).精细化分离处理后,老化沥青胶浆从RAP表面剥离,RAP粗料的油石比降低至2％左右,有效降低RAP粗料的结团程度,结团率最高下降66.2％.精细化分离可以降低RAP的结团程度和变异性,但同时RAP粗料也发生了细化,导致RAP粗料的比例偏低.
Abstract：TheconventionaltreatmentprocessonlyconductspreliminarycrushingandscreeningofRAP,whichcannotreducetheagglomerationandvariabilityofRAP,sothequalityofRAPmaterialisstillfluctuatedgreat-ly.FineseparationequipmentisusedtoprocessRAPmaterials,anditsvariouspropertiesarecomparedwiththeRAPmaterialobtainedbytheconventionaltreatmentprocess.TheeffectsofdifferentseparationmethodsontheRAPagglomeration,variabilityandrefinementwereevaluatedbyRAPagglomerationrate,coefficientofvariationandtheindexofrefinement.TheresultsshowthattherefinedseparationcanbreaktheRAPintoRAPcoarsematerial(particlesize＞4.75mm)withlowagingasphaltcontentandasphaltmortar(particlesize＜4.75mm)richinagingasphalt.Afterthefineseparationtreatment,theagingasphaltslurryisstrippedfromtheRAPsurface,andtheasphalttostoneratioofRAPcoarsematerialissignificantlyreducedtoabout2％,whicheffectivelyreducesthedegreeofRAPcoarsematerialagglomeration,andthemaximumagglomera-tionrateisreducedby66.2％.FineseparationcanreducetheclumpingandvariabilityofRAPwithrefinedRAPcoarsematerial,resultinginalowproportionofRAPcoarsematerial.
