摘要：对某批集装箱涂层腐蚀失效情况进行了现场考察,在现场对涂层进行了附着力测试,在实验室中对涂层成膜物质类型、涂层化学结构、涂层元素含量、涂层中的水溶性离子含量、涂层pH值进行了检测分析,讨论了涂层失效的机理和原因.结果表明集装箱可能受氢氟酸腐蚀,氢氟酸穿透并破坏了涂层结构,导致集装箱涂层大面积起泡、开裂、脱落.
Abstract：Anon-siteinspectionwasconductedonthecoatingfailureofcertaincontainers.Theadhesiontestofthecoatingwasconductedonsite.Thechemicalstructureofthecoating,thetypeofcoatingfilm-formingsubstances,theelementcontentofthecoating,thewater-solubleionsinthecoating,andthepHvalueofthecoatingwereanalyzedinthelaboratory.Themechanismandreasonsforthecoatingfailurewerediscussed.Theresultsshowthatthecontainermaybecorrodedbyhydrofluoricacid.Thehydrofluoricacidpenetratesanddestroysthecoatingstructure,causingtheblistering,crackingandsheddingofthecontainercoating.
