摘要：沥青的性能主要取决于沥青的化学组成成分,为了研究沥青组分比例对性能的影响,采用糠醛抽出油对沥青进行调和改性,制备得到了不同组分比例改性沥青,并对改性沥青进行三大指标测试和四组分测试.研究糠醛抽出油掺量对沥青组分比例的影响,沥青组分变化对针入度及软化点的影响.结果表明:随着糠醛抽出油掺量增加,沥青针入度逐渐增大,软化点逐渐减小,饱和分和芳香分的含量逐渐增加,沥青质和胶质的含量逐渐减少.根据沥青三组分变化与沥青针入度及软化点的相关性进行分析得出,沥青针入度与沥青质成负相关关系,与饱和分和芳香分成负相关关系;沥青软化点与沥青质成正相关关系,与饱和分、芳香分、胶质成负相关关系.
Abstract：Theperformanceofbitumenmainlydependsonthechemicalcompositionofbitumen,inordertostudytheinfluenceofasphaltcomponentratioonperformance,furfuralextractionoilwasusedtoblendandmodifybitumen,andmodifiedbitumenwithdifferentcomponentproportionswasprepared,andthree-indextestandfour-componenttestwerecarriedoutonthemodifiedasphalt.Theeffectsoffurfuralextractionoilcontentontheproportionofasphaltcomponentsandtheeffectsofasphaltcomponentchangesonpenetrationdegreeandsofteningpointwerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatwiththeincreaseoffurfuralextractionoilcontent,thebitumenpenetrationdegreegraduallyincreased,thesofteningpointgraduallydecreased,thecontentofsaturatedandaromaticcomponentsgraduallyincreased,thecontentofasphaltenesandgumsgraduallyreduced.Accordingtothecorrelationbetweenthechangesofthethreecomponentsofasphaltandthepenetrationdegreeandsofteningpointofasphalt,itwasconcludedthatthepenetrationdegreeofbitumenhadanegativecorrelationwithasphaltene,negativelycorrelatedwithsaturationandaromaticcomponents,andhadapositivecorrelationbetweenasphaltsofteningpointandasphaltene,andnegativelycorrelatedwithsaturation,aromaticandgum.
