摘要：随着可再生能源在主动配电网中渗透率的不断提高,以及负荷侧设备的多样化,主动配电网的优化运行面临着来自供需两侧的不确定性.鉴于现有研究并未综合考虑主动配电网调度过程中存在的多重不确定性问题,建立了考虑风-光-负荷不确定性的两阶段鲁棒优化模型.首先,采用盒式不确定集进行不确定性建模,通过对不确定参数的灵活调整,改变调度策略的保守性;然后,采用列和约束生成算法对优化模型进行求解,并通过强对偶理论将主问题和子问题转化为混合整数线性规划问题;最后,通过仿真分析证明了所建两阶段鲁棒优化模型及其求解算法的有效性,所得的调度策略适应性更高,能够满足实际调度需求.
Abstract：Withtheincreasingpenetrationrateofrenewableenergyinactivedistributionnetworksandthediversificationoftheequipmentatloadside,theoptimizationoperationofactivedistributionnetworksfacesuncertaintyfrombothsupplyanddemandsides.Inviewofthatthemultipleuncertaintiesintheactivedistributionnetworkschedulingprocesswerenotcomprehensivelyconsideredintheexistingresearches,atwo-stagerobustnessoptimizationmodelconsideringwind-light-loaduncertaintywasestablished.Firstly,aboxuncertaintysetwasusedforuncertaintymodeling,andtheconservatismoftheschedulingstrategywaschangedbyflexiblyadjustinguncertainparameters;then,thecolumnandconstraintgenerationalgorithmwasusedtosolvetheoptimizationmodel,andthemainproblemandsubproblemweretransformedintomixedintegerlinearprogrammingproblemsthroughthestrongdualitytheory;finally,thesimulationanalysisdemonstratedtheeffectivenessofthetwo-stagerobustnessoptimizationmodelanditssolvingalgorithmproposed.Theresultingschedulingstrategyhashigheradaptabilityandcanmeetpracticalschedulingneeds.
