摘要:在能源转型及"碳达峰、碳中和"背景下,构建基于多能互补的综合能源系统(IES)有助于提高油气站场的节能降耗水平.融入站间碳转移及能量共享,考虑能流供需平衡、CCUS-P2G模块及储能装置运行等约束,以运行成本最低为目标,提出一种针对多油气站场IES协同运行的混合整数规划模型,确定各油气站场IES的最优运行方案.以3个油气站场组成的能量系统为研究对象,验证模型的优化性能.结果表明,设备间的相互协调可有效提升系统的能量利用率,消纳自然清洁能源,防止弃光、弃风.此外,相较各油气站场独立运行,多油气站场协同运行能降低11.8%的运行费用.该研究可为油气站场的低碳经济运行提供理论指导.
Abstract:Summary:Inthecontextofenergytransitionandthegoalsof"carbonpeak"and"carbonneutrality",theoperationalmanagementstrategiesofoilandgasstationsarecontinuouslydeepening.Constructinganintegratedenergysystem(IES)basedonmulti-energycomplementarityisoneoftheeffectiveapproachestoenhancingenergyefficiencyandreducingenergyconsumptioninoilandgasstations.However,previousresearchmainlyfocusesonindividualoilandgasstations,withfewstudiesexploringtheimplementationofcollaborativeoperationsinmultipleoilandgasstationswithintegratedenergysystems(MOGS-IES).Therefore,anoperationoptimizationoftheMOGS-IESisconductedinthisstudyfromtheeconomicandlow-carbonperspective.First,anIESframeworkbasedonmulti-energycomplementarityisproposedforindividualoilandgasstations.Thisframeworkcomprehensivelyconsiderthediversityofequipmenttypes,suchasintroducingtheCCUS-P2Gmoduletorecyclecarbonresources.Moreover,toovercomethelimitationsofthelowresourceschedulingcapabilityandthesingleformofenergysupplyintheindividualoperationofoilandgasstations,inter-stationenergysharingandcarbontransferareadoptedtoachievecoordinatedmanagement,mutualresponse,andoptimizedoperationofmultipleoilandgasstations.Incorporatingenergysharingandcarbontransfermechanismsbetweenstations,amixed-integerprogrammingmodelfortheMOGS-IESisthenproposedundertheenergydemandofoilandgasstations.Consideringvariousconstraints,includingtheenergyflowsupply-demandbalance,materialbalance,andtheoperationofenergyconversionandstorageequipment,thismodelaimstominimizeoperationcosts.Themodelissolvedusingthebranchandboundmethodasthecorealgorithm,yieldingoptimalsolutionsforthedailyoperationschedulesofequipmentintheMOGS-IES,aswellastheinter-stationschedulingofenergyandcarbonresources.Theapplicabilityandoptimizationperformanceoftheproposedmodelwereverifiedbyanenergysystemcomprisingthreeoilandgasstations.Theresultsdemonstratthatthecoordinatedoperationofequipmenteffectivelyimprovesenergyutilization,absorbsnaturalcleanenergy,andpreventsthewasteofsolarandwindenergy.Accordingtotheenergyflowsupply-demandbalanceinoilandgasstationsandchangesinelectricityprices,energystorageequipmentisabletotransferenergyfromperiodsofenergysurplustoperiodsofenergydeficit.Forinstance,theheatstorageequipmentofthethreeoilandgasstationsisinaheatstoragestatefrom10:00to17:00andreleasesstoredheatduringthenight.Furthermore,eachoilandgasstationengagesinenergysharingandcarbontransferwithotherstationsbasedonitsownenergyflowsupply-demandstatus.Forexample,station3transfers5153.1m3ofhigh-concentrationCO2tostation1and3033.0m3tostation2.Finally,comparedtotheindividualoperationofthethreeoilandgasstations,theinter-stationenergysharingreducesoperationcostsby6.8%,andtheoveralloptimizationrateofinter-stationcarbontransferis6.5%;thecouplingofthesetwomethodsyieldsan11.8%reductioninoperationcosts.Thisstudycontributestotheflexiblemanagementandeconomicoperationofoilandgasstations,providingatheoreticalreferenceforthelow-carbonandeconomicaloperation.
