摘要：采用低温延度、当量脆点和低温弯曲流变试验系统研究了不同细度、掺量坡缕石对SBS改性沥青低温流变性能的影响规律.试验结果表明,随着坡缕石掺量的增加,改性沥青5℃延度呈现减小趋势,沥青胶浆蠕变模量S值逐渐减小,蠕变速率m值逐渐增大;随着坡缕石细度增大,改性沥青当量脆点逐渐降低,掺量为5％时600目坡缕石改性沥青当量脆点达到最低值-10.27℃;掺量为20％时,600目坡缕石改性沥青胶浆蠕变模量S为238MPa,蠕变速率m为0.50.表明坡缕石细度越大,改性沥青低温延度的减小幅度越小,低温抗裂性能越强,沥青胶浆低温流变性能越优良,但坡缕石掺量不宜过大,容易造成低温延度的降低.
Abstract：Theinfluenceofdifferentfinenessandcontentofpalygorskiteonthelow-temperaturerheologicalpropertiesofSBSmodifiedasphaltwasstudiedbylow-temperatureductilitytest,equivalentbrittlepointtestandlowtemperaturerheologicaltest.Theresultsshowedthat,withtheincreasedofpalygorskitecontent,theductilityofmodifiedasphaltdecreasedat5℃,thecreepmodulusofasphaltmortardecreasedgradually,andthecreeprateincreasedgradually.Withtheincreasedofpalygorskitefineness,theequivalentbrittlepointofmodifiedasphaltdecreasedgradually;theequivalentbrittlepointof600meshpalygorskitemodifiedasphaltreachedthelowestvalueof-10.27℃,whenthecontentofpalygorskitewas5％.Thecreepmodulusof600meshpalygorskitemodifiedasphaltmortarwas238MPa,andthecreepratewas0.50whenthecontentofpalygorskitewas20％.Indicatedthatwiththeincreaseofpalygorskitefineness,thedecreaseamplitudeoflowtemperatureductilitydecreased,thelowtemperaturecrackresistanceincreased,andthelowtemperaturerheologicalpropertiesofasphaltmortarincreased.While,thecontentofpalygorskiteshouldnotbetoomuch,otherwiseitwaseasytocausethereductionoflowtemperatureductilityofmodifiedasphalt.
