摘要：针对热镀锌产品镀层白条缺陷,研究了其形成机理、影响因素和控制措施.结果表明,白条缺陷由炉鼻子内锌灰黏附于带钢表面而形成,其成分是Zn和ZnO.白条缺陷影响因素主要有炉鼻子密封性、露点、带钢入锌锅温度、锌锅温度和排锌灰效果.通过对上述因素进行控制及优化,有效地消除白条缺陷,达到家电用钢表面质量需求.
Abstract：Theformationmechanism,influencingfactors,andcontrolmeasuresofwhitebardefectsinhot-dipgalvanizedproductswerestudied.Theresultsindicatethatthewhitebardefectisformedbytheadhesionofzincashinsidethefurnacenosetothesurfaceofthesteelstrip,anditscomponentsareZnandZnO.Themainfactorsaffectingthewhitebardefectaresealingofthefurnacenose,dewpoint,temperatureofthesteelstripenteringthezincpot,zincpottemperature,andzincashremovaleffect.Bycontrollingandoptimizingtheabovefactors,thewhitebardefectcanbeeffectivelyeliminatedtomeetthesurfacequalityrequirementsofsteelforhouseholdappliances.
