摘要：全面分析炼油作业区废水来源、水质和水量等情况.通过源头管控、污污分治等措施,实现了废水的全面达标处理.结合企业现有工艺,提出可行性高、投资成本低、运行成本低的废水高比例回用方案.针对高盐水提出了"高级氧化+生化+深度处理"的深度达标处理和"减量化+蒸发结晶"的零排工艺路线,为沿江炼化企业的废水高比例回用及减污降碳提供了参考依据.
Abstract：Thesource,qualityandquantityofwastewaterintherefineryareawereanalyzedcomprehensively.Throughthemeasuresofsourcecontrol,pollutionseparationandtreatment,thecomprehensivetreatmentofwastewaterwasachieved.Combinedwiththeexistingtechnologyoftheenterprise,ahighproportionwastewaterreuseschemewithhighfeasibility,lowinvestmentcostandlowoperationcostwasproposed.Forhighsalinitywater,theadvancedstandardtreatmentof"advancedoxidation+biologicaltreatment+advancedtreatment"andthezerodischargeprocessrouteof"reduction+evaporationcrystallization"wereproposed.Thepapercanprovidesomereferenceforthehighproportionreuseofwastewaterandthereductionofpollutionandcarbonintherefiningandchemicalenterprisesalongtheriver.
