摘要：数字经济是驱动经济高质量发展的重要引擎.基于我国2013-2020年30个省级行政区的面板数据,实证探讨数字经济对经济高质量发展的影响.研究表明:数字经济显著促进了经济高质量发展,东部地区数字经济对经济高质量发展的影响效果最佳,中部地区优于西部地区;数字经济发展存在显著的空间相关性,对经济高质量发展具有正向溢出效应,产业结构合理化与高级化在其中发挥了部分中介作用;进一步分析表明,互联网发展、信息化发展与数字交易发展均显著促进了经济高质量发展,互联网发展的促进作用领先,信息化发展的促进作用优于数字交易发展.因此,应持续推进数字经济的发展,促进数字技术与传统产业融合以及区域间资源合理分配,实现经济高质量转型发展.
Abstract：Underthenewdevelopmentpattern,China'seconomyisrealizingthetransitionstagefromhigh-speedgrowthtohigh-qualitygrowth,andamongthemanyinfluencingfactorsthatpromotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheregionaleconomy,digitaleconomyisanimportantenginedrivinghigh-qualityeconomicdevelopment.Basedonthepaneldataof30provincial-leveladministrativeregionsinChinafrom2013to2020,withdigitaleconomyasthecoreexplanatoryvariableandhigh-qualityeconomicdevelopmentastheexplanatoryvariable,atotalof5controlvariables,thispaperconstructsapaneleconometricmodelof30provinces,municipalitiesandautonomousregions(exceptTibet,HongKong,MacaoandTaiwan)inChinafrom2013to2020,andempiricallyteststheimpactmechanismandspillovereffectofdigitaleconomyonhigh-qualityeconomicdevelopmentbyusingbenchmarkregressionmodel,spatialeconometricregressionmodelandmediatingeffectmodel.Theresultsshowthatdigitaleconomysignificantlypromoteshigh-qualityeconomicdevelopment,andthedigitaleconomyintheeasternregionhasthebestimpactonhigh-qualityeconomicdevelopment,andthedigitaleconomyinthecentralregionisbetterthanthatinthewesternregion.Digitaleconomyhassignificantspatialcorrelationandhasapositivespillovereffectonhigh-qualityeconomicdevelopment,inwhichtherationalizationandupgradingofindustrialstructureplayapartlyintermediaryrole.FurtheranalysisshowsthatthedevelopmentoftheInternet,thedevelopmentofinformatizationandthedevelopmentofdigitaltransactionshavesignificantlypromotedthehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheeconomy,whilethedevelopmentoftheInternethastakenthelead,andthedevelopmentofinformatizationisbetterthanthedevelopmentofdigitaltransactions.Therefore,itisnecessarytocontinuetopromotethedevelopmentofthedigitaleconomy,promotetheintegrationofdigitaltechnologyandtraditionalindustries,andrationallyallocateresourcesamongregionstoachievehigh-qualityeconomictransformationanddevelopment.
