摘要：研制了一种用于加热炉的换向阀温度检测系统.在原加热炉换向阀检测的基础上,增加部分测温电偶以弥补原测温系统的缺陷和弊端.在排烟总管测温电偶失效、上烧嘴或下烧嘴排烟温度过高而总管不超温等异常情况下,换向阀正确动作,保证了燃烧系统的稳定安全运行,同时减少了阀板密封件的更换频次,节约了成本.
Abstract：Atemperaturedetectionsystemfordirectionalvalvesusedinheatingfurnaceshasbeendeveloped.Basedontheoriginaldetectionfordirectionalvalveinheatingfurnace,sometemperaturemeasurementthermocoupleswereaddedtocompensateforthedefectsanddrawbacksoftheoriginaltemperaturemeasurementsystem.Incaseofabnormalsituationssuchasfailureofthetemperaturemeasurementthermocoupleintheexhaustmainpipe,highexhausttemperatureoftheupperorlowerburnerwhilethemainpipedoesnotexceedthetemperature,thecorrectoperationofthedirectionalvalveensuresthestableandsafeoperationofthecombustionsystem,whilereducingthereplacementfrequencyofvalveplatesealandsavingcosts.
