摘要：随着分布式可再生能源并网比例的不断提高,配电网安全运行控制变得更加复杂,给供电可靠性分析带来新的挑战.提出了一种考虑孤岛运行和可再生能源出力不确定性的有源配电网供电可靠性分析方法.建立了配电网关键元件及可再生能源场站设备可靠性模型,在此基础上,分析可再生能源资源概率分布,提出可再生能源潜在出力(REPO)多状态模型,进而建立考虑场站设备可靠性的可再生能源发电多状态模型;利用馈线分区的概念划分孤岛运行范围,分析孤岛运行对供电可靠的影响;基于序贯蒙特卡洛模拟法建立了有源配电网供电可靠性分析方法.并利用IEEERBTS测试系统进行仿真,验证了所提方法的有效性.
Abstract：Withtheincreasingpenetrationofdistributedrenewableenergyconnectedtothedistributionnetwork,thesafeoperationandcontrolofthedistributionnetworkbecomesmorecomplex,whichbringsnewchallengestothereliabilitya-nalysisofpowersupply.Thispaperpresentsanovelpowersupplyreliabilityanalysismethodforactivedistributionnet-worksconsideringtheislandingoperationandrenewableenergystationuncertainties.Atwo-statereliabilitymodelisestab-lishedforkeycomponentsofdistributionnetworksandrenewablegenerationequipment,andonthisbasis,theprobabilitydistributionanalysisofrenewableenergyresourcesisconducted,suchaswindandsolar,amulti-statereliabilitymodelforpotentialrenewablepoweroutput(REPO)hasbeendeveloped,whichleadstotheproposalofamulti-statemodelforre-newableenergypowergenerationconsideringreliabilityofstationequipment.Theconceptoffeederpartitionisusedtodi-videtheoperationrangeofislanding,anditsimpactonreliabilityofpowersupplyisanalyzed.ApowersupplyreliabilityanalysismethodforactivedistributionnetworkisestablishedbasedonsequentialMonteCarlosimulationtechnique.TheeffectivenessoftheproposedmethodisverifiedthroughusinganIEEERBTStestsystem.
