摘要:在江苏白鹤滩±800kV特高压混合直流工程中,受端交流侧三相接地故障穿越失败时,会在±400kV柔直母线上产生高幅值过电压,严重威胁柔直阀组安全,而基于等离子体喷射的超快速旁路开关1ms内将柔直母线快速接地保护柔直阀组是一种全新的解决方案.DC400kV触发间隙需满足高耐压(>1.2MV)、低工作系数(<5%)、短延时(1250kV,临界可触发电压<50kV,导通时延<0.5ms.该研究结果为特高压混合直流输电系统中柔直阀组快速保护用兆伏级SF6触发间隙工程应用提供了理论支持和工程初步设计方案.
Abstract:IntheJiangsuBaihetan±800kVUHVhybridDCproject,whenthethree-phasegroundfaulttraversalfailureontheACsideofthereceivingendoccurs,ahighamplitudeovervoltagewillbegeneratedonthe±400kVflexbus,whichseriouslythreatensthesafetyoftheflexmanifolds,thustheultra-fastbypassswitchbasedontheplasmainjectionquicklygroundingtheflexbuswithin1mstoprotecttheflexmanifoldsisabrand-newsolution.TheDC400kVtriggergapneedstomeetthestringentrequirementsofhighwithstandvoltage(>1.2MV),lowoperatingcoefficient(<10%),triggerdelay(<1ms),andlargethrough-flow.Thekeytoproblemsishowtorealizethereliabletriggerconductionwithhighairpressureandlonggapandtoputforwardtheengineereddesignscheme.Inthispaper,aresearchplatformofthetriggergapbasedonplasmainjectionwasbuilttoresearchtheinfluenceofkeyfactorssuchastriggervoltage,airpressure,gaplength,andoperatingcoefficientontheconductioncharacteristicsoftheSF6triggergaptriggeredbyenhancedplas-majet.Theresultsshowthatincreasingthetriggervoltagecansignificantlyimprovetheconductionprobabilityandreducethetriggerdelay,butthereisacertainsaturationphenomenon.Atafixedoperatingvoltage,withtheincreaseofairpressureorgaplength,theworkingcoefficientdecreasessignificantly,resultinginasuddenincreaseinthetriggerdelayanddramaticdecreaseintheconductionprobability.Atthesameworkingcoefficient,theconductioncharacteristicsoftheshortgapwithhighairpressureisstronger.Accordingly,itisproposedtomeettheextra-high-voltagehybridDCproject400kVflexiblebusrapidgroundingwithDC400kVgapswitch,toadoptthegapwithacompositejacketsingle-gapstructure,andtoadoptarotatingtriggercavitydesigntoachievemultipletriggering.Atriggergaptestprototype(gapdis-tance10cm,0.5MPaSF6)isdesigned,ofwhichthelightningwithstandvoltageisgreaterthan1250kV,thecriticaltriggervoltageislowerthan50kV,andthetriggerdelayisshorterthan0.5ms.TheresearchresultsprovideatheoreticalsupportandpreliminaryengineeringdesignschemefortheengineeringapplicationofmegavoltSF6triggergapforfastprotectionofflexibleDCvalvegroupinUHVhybridDCtransmissionsystem.
