摘要:利用钢板表面清洗废酸净化过程中产生的脱硅污泥作为氟离子的吸附剂,使用X射线荧光光谱(X-rayFluorescenceSpectroscopy,XRF)、X射线衍射(X-RayDiffraction,XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FieldEmissionScanningElectronMicroscope,FE-SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(X-rayPhotoelectronSpectroscopy,XPS)和傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱(FourierTransformInfraredSpectrocopy,FT-IR)对脱硅污泥吸附过程进行研究,并探讨吸附过程的热力学、动力学和位点能量分布.结果显示:脱硅污泥含有大量的针状羟基氧化铁晶体,Zeta电位为6.98,溶液初始pH值在2~10时对氟离子的去除率均在90%以上;在25℃时对氟离子的实际吸附质量比达6.3mg/g,吸附遵循内络合模式,受多电荷阴离子干扰较大.吸附过程符合Langmuir模型和Elovich模型,是一个自发放热的物理单分子层均匀吸附过程,也有一定程度的化学吸附,吸附主要发生在低能区,吸附机理涉及离子交换和静电吸附.
Abstract:Inthispaper,thefluorideadsorbentmanufacturedbythedesiliconizedsludgeproducedfromthepurificationprocessofwasteacidfromsteelplatesurfacecleaninganditsadsorptionbehaviorwasstudiedbyX-rayfluorescencespectroscopy(XRF),X-raydiffraction(XRD),fieldemissionscanningelectronmicroscopy(FE-SEM),X-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy(XPS)andFouriertransforminfraredabsorptionspectroscopy(FT-IR).TheeffectsofinitialpHvalue,ionicstrength,andcoexistingionsontheadsorptionprocesswereinvestigated.Thethermodynamics,kinetics,andsiteenergydistributionoftheadsorptionprocesswerealsodiscussed.Theresultsshowthatthedesiliconizedsludgecontainsalargenumberofneedle-likehydroxy-ironoxidecrystalsanditsZetapotentialvalueis6.98.Theremovalrateoffluorideionsisabove90%whentheinitialpHvalueis2to10.Theadsorptionprocessislittleaffectedbytheionicstrengthchangeandfollowsaninternalcomplexionmodel.Theco-existingmulti-chargeanionshavemucheffectontheadsorptionandtheorderofinfluencefromhightolowisPO43-,SO42-,NO3-;TheadsorptionprocessisconsistentwiththeLangmuirmodelandtheElovichmodel,whichisaspontaneousexothermicphysicalmonolayeruniformadsorptionalsoincludingsomechemicaladsorption.ThemaximumadsorptioncapacityaccordingtothefittingoftheLangmuirmodelat25℃is5.626mg/g,andthemaximumadsorptioncapacityaccordingtothetestreaches6.303mg/g.Theadsorptionprocessmainlyoccursinthelow-energyregionaccordingtotheenergydistributionfitting,andtheincreaseofthetemperatureincreasestheadsorptionsitenumbers,especiallythehigh-energysites.Accordingtothecharacterizationanalysisofthedesilicatedsludgebeforeandafteradsorption,thefluorideioninwaterisadsorbedbythedesilicatedsludgemainlyinvolvingionexchangeandelectrostaticadsorption.
