摘要：某烯烃厂通过对乙烯、丁苯橡胶等主要生产装置排放废水氮组分的系统排查分析,明确了进入污水处理厂的含氮废水主要来源为乙烯装置、丁苯橡胶装置和丁烯装置.通过臭氧氧化实验验证了乙烯装置、丁苯橡胶装置投加含氮助剂的降解难易程度,对于难降解的含氮助剂进行有效更换,对2套生产装置排放水量和水质进行严格控制,使得外排污水实现稳定达标排放.通过对反硝化池控制条件进行逐一确认及现场实验,验证不同控制条件下反硝化池对总氮去除效果的影响,明确了现有情况下反硝化池的运行效果及存在问题.通过对生产废水的源头治理、污水处理厂的优化调整,使得外排水总氮实现稳定达标排放,为其他污水处理厂总氮去除提供参考.
Abstract：Anolefinplantconductedasystematicinvestigationandanalysisofnitrogencomponentsinwastewaterdischargedfrommajorproductionplantssuchasethyleneandstyrene-butadieneplants,themainsourcesofnitrogen-containingwastewaterenteringthesewagetreatmentwereidentifiedasethyleneplant,styrene-butadienerubberplantandbuteneplant.Throughozonationtest,thedegradationdifficultyofaddingnitrogenousadditivestoethyleneplantandSBRplantwasverified,andthenitrogenousadditivesbeingdifficulttobedegradedwereeffectivelyreplaced,thedischargequantityandwaterqualityoftwosetsofproductionunitswerestrictlycontrolled,sothatthedischargeofexternalsewagecouldreachthestandardstably.Inthispaper,thecontrolconditionsofdenitrificationtankwereconfirmedonebyoneandfieldtestswerecarriedouttoverifytheeffectofdenitrificationtankontotalnitrogenremovalunderdifferentcontrolconditions,theoperationeffectandexistingproblemsoftheexistingdenitrificationtankwereclarified.Throughthesourcetreatmentofproductionwastewaterandtheoptimizationandadjustmentofsewagetreatment,thetotalnitrogenintheexternaldrainagecouldreachthedischargestandardstably,providingsomereferencefortheremovaloftotalnitrogeninothersewagetreatment.
